Who is this for


You often feel anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally drained - especially in situations where you wish you could stay calm, clear and present. Maybe you shut down under pressure, avoid conflict or keep putting others’ needs before your own. You’ve tried to figure things out in your head, but the same patterns keep repeating. This one-to-one space offers a different, more compassionate way to move forward.

What to expect


Each session blends guided somatic practice with gentle inquiry and relevant nervous system theory. We’ll follow the intelligence of your body - sometimes staying with a theme, other times simply exploring what is present. You’ll receive a short home practice after every session to integrate the work into your daily life, along with invitations for reflection or journaling to deepen your awareness between sessions.

What you'll gain


You’ll begin to understand how your nervous system and body operate - and how to work with them, rather than against them.

Over time, you’ll learn to notice the early signs of stress or shutdown, meet your experience with more compassion and stay grounded even in moments of discomfort.
